2023-2024 SBA REGISTRATION — FOR YCDSB STUDENTS ONLY
To all Grade YCDSB students/families wishing to register at St. Brother André CHS for the 2023-2024 school year, please download and fill out the following registration forms:

- S1.B (Secondary Student Transitional Registration Form Grade 8 to Grade 9 –> this form is mandatory)
- TCH-19A (this form is only to be completed if you reside out of our school boundary)
