Request a transcript | Please complete the Google form to request a transcript to be sent to your choice of institution or employer.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a copy of the transcript to students and or parents via email. If you require your high school history, a credit counselling summary can be provided by emailing Mrs. Malik at nargis.malik@ycdsb.ca. |
