In December, York Regional Police invited St. Brother Andre CHS to participate in an exciting project for the Markham Museum called Everyday Heroes, a two-year exhibit that will feature a decommissioned police vehicle that will be cut in half by students who will be participating in this initiative. Uniformed officers will be present at school on Wednesday, starting January 22nd from 2:30-3:30pm until mid February. The purpose of their presence at school is to participate in the preparation of this exhibit. Parents and guardians of students who will have direct contact with YRP and who will be participating in this initiative have already been notified and provided with the proper consent forms.
