How To Book An Appointment
Before or after school, on a spare or during lunch, (but not during class time);  go to  Guidance Office.  See the Guidance secretary to complete an appointment slip.
If your counsellor makes an appointment with you, in your homeroom class, your teacher will give you appointment slip with the date/time of your appointment.
If the appointment is during a class period, show your teacher the appointment slip to be excused from class. Please bring the slip to your appointment. Â At the end of your meeting, your counsellor will sign the slip and you will stamp the slip with the time you left the Guidance office with the time stamp machine.
Show the slip to your teacher when you return to class.
Appointments to accommodate parent schedules can also be made. Please call (905)294-7311 to book.
