Quadmester 4 cohorts
April 19-June 28, 2021
Our last quadmester of the year is finally approaching. In order to expedite a smooth quadmester 4 start up, please make note of the following parameters around cohorting.
- If a student is currently in Cohort A or B for Semester 2 Period 2 (current morning class), it is assumed that they would like to continue with face-to-face learning and will be placed in EITHER Cohort A or B for Semester 2 Periods 3 & 4.
- Students in In-person classes will be sorted alphabetically by last name and split evenly into Cohort A and Cohort B. This may result in a different in-person cohort from quadmester 3. This may also result in different in-person cohorts for Periods 3 & 4.
- If a student is currently in Cohort C for Semester 2 Period 2, they will remain in Cohort C for Semester 2 Periods 3 & 4.
If your child would like to move from Cohort C to an in-person cohort or vice-versa for quadmester 4, please contact the main office at 905-294-7671 by April 7, 2021.
Semester 2 Period 3 and 4 Cohorts will be visible in the student portal beginning April 8, 2021.
